Couldn't we all benefit from a simple message of love? Our Love Letter Necklaces provide a beautiful way to hold that message close to your heart. Each envelope is carefully folded by hand using a colorful vintage tin. Tiny details and thoughtful touches make these truly special. The embellished brass flap opens to reveal a space to add your own folded paper keepsake or allow us to hand stamp a custom brass "letter" (purchased separately) that fits perfectly inside.

A delicate filigree chain adjusts from 17-20" long with a lobster claw clasp. Envelope measures 1" wide, 7/8" tall and 3/16" thick. The space inside the envelope is about 1/8" deep. The envelope does not lock closed in any way, but while worn gravity ensures the flap will always remain closed. That said, we still don't recommend placing anything absolutely irreplaceable inside due to the small chance of loss.

This lovely, lightweight jewelry is handcrafted from recycled vintage tins. Most of these intricately printed tins were manufactured in England in the 1960s and 70s to contain items such as tea and cookies. In a previous life, the beautiful vintage tins that this jewelry is made from was used and loved. You may find variances in the artwork such as tiny scratches and dings.
